Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
Preamble: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern (i) your visit to the site and (ii) any order placed on www.matemonsac.com. You may save or print these TCS using your browser.

Article 2. Purpose
Define (i) site usage rules and (ii) ordering, payment, delivery, and return procedures.

- Parties: MMS and/or Customer
- Order: any purchase on the Site
- Product: any item for sale or rent
Article 4. Contract Formation
Browsing the Site and creating an account constitute acceptance of TCS. The “double click” on acceptance boxes is a full and unconditional agreement.
Article 5. Amendments
MMS may change TCS anytime. Using the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified by email or pop-up.
Article 6. Account Creation
Account requires accurate information. Acceptance of TCS is mandatory.
Article 7. Security and Confidentiality
Username and password are personal. Notify MMS immediately of unauthorized use.
Article 8. Account Deactivation
Account can be deactivated via email. MMS will process within 15 days.
Article 9. Compliance
Failure to comply may lead to account deactivation or site access restriction.
Article 10. Orders
10.1 Formation and Execution
Contract formed upon order confirmation email. Execution upon shipment of product.
10.2 Contract Documents
MMS stores electronic copies of orders and invoices as proof.
10.3 Right of Withdrawal
14-day legal period for non-personalized items. Return shipping at client’s cost.
10.4 Exchange
Exchange possible within 14 days via Customer Service. Limit: 2 successive exchanges. Delivery fees non-refundable.
Article 12. Delivery
Free shipping >80€ in France. Delivery 3h–15 days depending on destination and method.
Article 13. Payment
Accepted: credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, bank transfer. Secure payment via Mollie.
Article 17. Waiting List
Register for out-of-stock products. Notification sent when available.

Information indicative only. MMS does not guarantee accuracy.
Article 20. Personal Data and Cookies

Collected for account, order management, marketing. Rights of access, correction, deletion guaranteed (contact@matemonsac.com).

Used for navigation, analytics, identification. Manage via browser settings.
20.3 Rights of Access, Correction, Deletion
In accordance with French data protection law, exercise your rights by email.
Article 21. Intellectual Property
Site content protected by copyright and IP rights. Unauthorized commercial use prohibited.

MMS not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site.
Article 23. Guarantees
No guarantee that site is error-free or virus-free. Regular backups recommended.
Article 24. Limitation of Liability
MMS liable only for proven direct damages. Minor product variations or delivery delays are excluded.
Article 25. Entire Agreement
Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder of the TCS.
Article 26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies. Competent courts in France for disputes.
