Delivery is free for all orders over €80, and takes place via Mondial Relay within 5 to 7 working days on average.

However, if you prefer home delivery, you can opt for a delivery charge.

Point Relais delivery 

Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days and is handled by Relais colis or Mondial Relay.

Service charged at €5 for orders over €80 incl. VAT and free for orders over €80 incl. VAT.

Home delivery

Delivery by Colissimo takes 48 to 72 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends). Packages are prepared and delivered to the post office the day after you place your order. Service invoiced according to parcel weight.

Express delivery (24h)

 

Delivered by Fedex, Chronopost or DHL, this service can only be taken into account if the order is placed before 11am. After this time, the order will be handed over to our carrier the following day. This service is invoiced according to the weight of the parcel.

The e-mail you receive when your order is dispatched will include a link enabling you to track your parcel. Your order can be delivered at any time between 8 am and 6 pm. If you are absent when the carrier arrives, he will leave you a note to inform you of a new delivery date. Delivery is not possible on public holidays. In this case, your order will be delivered on the next working day.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 

Delivery costs outside metropolitan France depend on the weight and country of delivery of your item, as well as your choice of delivery time (express or fast).

 

Our partners only deliver between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and may require a signature on delivery. Your order will be shipped via the appropriate carrier, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Once the parcel has arrived in your country, it will be sent as standard by a domestic postal service. If you are absent when the carrier arrives, they will leave you a note to inform you of a new delivery/collection date. For deliveries to Switzerland, any taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

When is your parcel dispatched?

 

Because we know you're anxiously awaiting your order, we pass it on to our preparation team as soon as it has been validated, so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible.

 

From Monday to Friday, all orders are dispatched the next day, except for customizable products, which require additional processing time. From Friday 8am to Sunday evening, orders are dispatched the following Monday. We send you an email when your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. This email summarizes the delivery method chosen and the tracking number of your parcel. You can also go to your account in the “Track my orders” section to obtain details and tracking of your order.

 

We await receipt of your bank transfer if you have opted for this method of payment before shipping.

 

How can I find out the status of my order?

 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you confirmation by e-mail, together with the corresponding Coliposte, Chronopost, Relais Colis or Mondial Relay tracking number. This tracking number can also be accessed from your customer account, under “My orders”.

What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

 

If you are delivered by Colissimo, the parcel is delivered to your home or office. If you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery, as well as the post office where you can collect the parcel. You must go to the post office indicated with the delivery note left by the letter carrier and proof of identity to collect the parcel.

 

If you have chosen delivery by courier, the parcel will be delivered to your home or workplace by appointment made by our services once your order has been validated. If you are not at home when the courier arrives, the parcel will be returned to our offices and you will be billed a second time for delivery costs. Deliveries by courier are only possible within Paris Intra-Muros and between 10am and 6pm.
