Return shipping is free until January 15, 2024 (for metropolitan France).

Please write to us at contact@matemonsac.com and we will send you a return slip. The cooling-off period is extended to January 15, 2024 for all items ordered before December 20, 2024.

 

Exchanges may also be requested up to January 15, 2024.

 

RETRACTATION

 

The withdrawal period granted to the consumer for a purchase made online (distance selling), as defined by law, on the purchase of goods is fourteen (14) clear days, from the day after the date of receipt of the order.

 

All items must be returned new, in their original packaging, undamaged and with any accessories. Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn will not be reimbursed or exchanged and will be returned.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of this return, which implies that the items must be returned by registered post, or by any other means giving a certain date, with the costs and risks of return being borne by the customer.

 

Reimbursement will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned items.

The cooling-off period does not apply to products made to order, made-to-measure or personalized products, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

EXCHANGE

 

You can exchange your items remotely within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, and the return costs are free for metropolitan France (for a single exchange).

 

Contact Customer Service and ask for a return slip for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Then you need to return them to us in their original packaging, complete (boxes, accessories, protections, labels, booklets, etc.), together with the return slip and the pre-paid shipping slip that will be sent to you by e-mail.

 

Once your return has been received, we will examine and process your items promptly to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible in the event of an exchange.

 

The cost of returning goods for exchange is only covered for orders initially delivered to mainland France.

 

Exchanges or refunds are not possible for custom-made or personalized items.

 

For all deliveries outside France, return or exchange costs remain at the customer's expense.
