The withdrawal period granted to the consumer during a purchase made online (distance selling), as defined by law, on the purchase of goods is fourteen (14) clear days, from the day after the date of receipt of his order.

All items must be returned new, in their original packaging, intact, along with any accessories. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to him.

It will be up to the customer to provide proof of this return, which assumes that the items must be returned by registered mail, or by any other means giving a certain date, the costs and risks of return remaining the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned items.

Reimbursement of sums paid for the returned item(s) will be made, depending on the method of payment for the items, by crediting the customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment or by bank transfer. on the customer's bank account or on his Paypal account.

The withdrawal period cannot be applied to products made to order, made to measure or personalized, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable.


You can exchange your items remotely within fourteen days (14) following the day after the delivery date and the return costs are then offered for metropolitan France (for a single exchange).

You must contact Customer Service and request a return slip for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Return costs for exchange are only covered for orders initially delivered in mainland France.

Exchanges or refunds are not possible for items that are made to measure or personalized.

For all deliveries outside France, the cost of returns or exchanges remains the responsibility of the customer.
